Interactive installation

Mostrificio is an interactive panel entirely hand-illustrated. Touching the panel, the drawings come to life through video mapping projections. Some of the illustrations can even be played!

Mostrificio has been realized for Crack! Fumetti Dirompenti, Festival of Indipendent Comics and Illustrations, 2015 edition.

HOW

The hardware is made up of 2 Arduino doing cap sensing on the panel and of a thermic printer. The software animations and graphics are managed by Unity3d transmitting to MadMapper through Syphon. Sounds are managed by Ableton Live.
